Terms and Conditions

PotionCards (VAT IT12906650960) is a collectible card e-commerce store. By purchasing on our site, you accept these Terms and Conditions of sale.

All products are subject to availability. PotionCards reserves the right to modify the catalog at any time. Images are for illustrative purposes; the actual card condition is described on the product page.

Card condition is certified by our team according to industry standards (Mint, Near Mint, Excellent, etc.).

Prices are in Euros (€) and include 22% VAT. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on address and chosen carrier.

An order is confirmed only after payment is received. We accept:

• Credit/debit card (Stripe)
• PayPal

PotionCards reserves the right to cancel orders in case of pricing errors or product unavailability, fully refunding the amount paid.

We ship via BRT, GLS and DHL. Estimated delivery times:

• Italy: 24–48 business hours from shipment
• Europe: 3–7 business days

A tracking code will be sent by email and available in your account area. PotionCards is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or force majeure.

You have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing any reason.

To exercise the right of withdrawal:

• Send an email to reso@potioncards.it with your order number
• Wait for return instructions
• Return the product in its original condition within 14 days of our confirmation

The refund will be processed within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, via the same payment method used. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense unless otherwise stated.

Every card is verified before shipment. If a product does not match the description, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at supporto@potioncards.it with photos of the item.

PotionCards and its logo are proprietary trademarks. Game names (Pokémon, One Piece, Yu-Gi-Oh!, Magic: The Gathering, etc.) and related images are registered trademarks of their respective owners.

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the court of PotionCards' registered office, unless mandatory consumer protection rules apply.
